MCS Monday – Let it Snow!

Just popping in to share another MCS creation. I keep reaching for this great winter set, Let it Snow!. There are so many different looks you can accomplish with this set. Check out other projects I’ve made with this set here:

THE DEETS: Patterned Paper (Bo Bunny – Double Dots) | Card Stock (Papertrey Ink – Vintage Cream, Ripe Avocado, Scarlet Jewel; Bazzill – Kraft) | Silk Ribbon (Limelight Papercrafts) | Pearl (Recollections) | Stamps (My Cute Stamps – Let it Snow) | Ink (Papertrey Ink – Vintage Snow)
THE HOW TO: Trim cream card stock to 4.25″x5″. Trim 4 strips of patterned paper in various colors. Line up strips one above the other. and temporarily adhere to work surface. Stamp background pattern over all strips and let dry. Adhere strips of stamped paper to card base using foam adhesive. Stamp sentiment and trim to size. Adhere to matching stamped strip with foam adhesive. Tie bow with silk ribbon. Add pearl.
ooh! Love that ribbon Sarah, it just pops out! awesome use of the different colored card stock and the white snowflakes! I really need to get that ink from PTI, got some from Colorbox but it doesn’t stamp so well, does it smear after you’ve stamped it?

Beautiful ribbon, perfect bow, sweetly topped with a pearl…..a girl after my own heart. Love it and that stacked stamped cardstock all compiled for a fantastic holiday card!!

How ingenious to use the different papers with the stamp set and line the snowflakes up perfectly. *sigh* in my next life I am gonna be as creative as you are.
